Do I need to register to view agency newsletters and updates?
No, you can view agency newsletters and updates anytime at our website. All agency newsletters and periodicals are updated on a regular basis and are posted in the Forms and Publications area of our website in Portable Document Format (.pdf). Any user who wants to receive automatic e-mail notifications when selected documents are changed and/or updated will be required to register.

How do I register?
1. If you have NOT registered with us before, click on the "Register Now!" link to the right of the screen on the Login Page.
2. From the Registration page enter your contact information and click on the "Enter" link at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: The fields marked with a red astricks are required fields and must be completed in order to successfully register. The information that is collected with this registration form is used solely for the purposes of this application. The information received is kept at the Capital Development Board and is not transferred to any other person, company or government agency. We require the submission of first and last name in the event that we need to contact you regarding your registration. The email address and password are retrieved as a way for the user to access and update subscription information.

How do I update my personal information?
If you are already registered and wish to change your registration information and/or change your subscription options follow these steps:
1. From the Login page, enter your email address and the password that you provided during your initial registration.
2. The page that follows will show your original subscription information and mailing options in READ-ONLY format. To change this information click on the "Edit this Registration?" link.
3. The form will then display your information in an EDITABLE format. At this point you may begin changing your subscription options.
4. When you have completed changing your options, you MUST select the "Enter" link at the bottom of the page in order to save your changes.
5. The next page displays your NEW information.
6. To exit the Registration page you may either click on the "CDB Homepage" link at the bottom of the screen or close the browser window by clicking on the box with the" X " in the upper righthand corner of the screen.

How do I unregister if I no longer wish to receive email notifications?
If you are already registered and wish to unregister your email address follow these steps:
1. From the Login page, enter email address and the password that you provided during your initial registration.
2. The page that follows will show your original subscription information and mailing options in READ-ONLY format. To unregister your email address click on the "Unregister?" button.
3. The form will then display your information in an EDITABLE format. At this point you may begin changing your subscription options.
4. To simply unregister your email address, click in the circle to the right of the word "Yes" to fill the circle.
5. When completed you MUST select the "Enter" link at the bottom of the page in order to unregister your email address.
6. The next page will tell you that you have updated you registration options. At this point your email address no longer exists in our mailing list
6. To exit the Registration page you may either click on the "CDB Homepage" link at the bottom of the page or close the browser window by clicking on the box with the" X " in the upper righthand corner of the screen.
